Michael N. Schmitt

Michael Schmitt is Professor of Public International Law at the University of Reading. He is also the Francis Lieber Distinguished Scholar at the United States Military Academy’s Lieber Institute; Strauss Center Distinguished Scholar at the University of Texas; Senior Fellow at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Centre of Excellence; and Professor Emeritus at the U.S. Naval War College.
