He is also the Francis Lieber Distinguished Scholar at the United States Military Academy’s Lieber Institute; Strauss Center Distinguished Scholar at the University of Texas; Senior Fellow at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Centre of Excellence; and Professor Emeritus at the U.S. Naval War College.
