Nina Kollars

Dr. Nina Kollars is Associate Professor at the Cyber & Innovation Policy Institute at the Naval War College. She holds a PhD in Political Science from The Ohio State University, and a Masters in International Affairs from the Elliott School at George Washington University. Kollars conducts research in hackers, cybersecurity, future warfare concepts, and military technological integration and wargaming. Kollars is a fellow at the Center for New American Security, the Atlantic Council, and the Brute Krulak Center at Marine Corps University. Kollars has given public talks at DefCon, ShmooCon, SXSW, CyCon, TEDx, and RUSI. She is a certified bourbon steward.
